TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the services provided by Ruth Ferrer Photography. By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking, which is non-refundable.

  • Full payment is due 3 weeks before the scheduled shoot for weddings.

  • Payment can be made via PayPal, and bank transfer.

  • Cancellations made less than [XX] days before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 28 days in advance, subject to availability.

  • If the Photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

4. Photoshoot and Conduct

  • The Photographer reserves the right to terminate a session if there is inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or uncooperative conduct.

  • Clients must arrive on time; delays may reduce the total shooting time.

5. Image Delivery and Editing

  • Edited images will be delivered within 2 to 8 weeks after the session depending on service booked.

  • The Photographer retains full creative control over the editing process.

  • Additional edits beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur extra charges.

6. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • The Photographer retains the copyright to all images.

  • Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license to use images for personal purposes (e.g., social media, printing).

  • Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

7. Model Release

  • Clients agree that the Photographer may use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Liability

  • The Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, technical malfunctions).

  • The Photographer’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

9. Force Majeure

  • If events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies) prevent the shoot from taking place, we will work with the client to reschedule.

10. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
