ABOUT RUTH

Photography, for me, is about human connection and presence.

My life has been shaped by movement, living between Latin America and Europe taught me to notice the quiet ways people connect: through gestures, glances, and moments that often pass unnoticed. I picked up a camera at eighteen, and what started as curiosity slowly became the way I understand people.

That's why weddings became my home.

Not for the spectacle, but for what they truly are: a gathering of love, memory, and the people who matter most. A day meant to be experienced, not performed. My work blends editorial composition with emotional storytelling, brought together through a calm, guiding presence, so you always feel confident and at ease, never left wondering what to do.

I'm also a mother of three, which has made me aware of how quickly moments pass.

Inspired by analogue film, classic cinema, and natural light - I'm drawn to the quiet, unscripted moments that reveal who you really are. The result: elevated frames that echo how it felt to be there, together.

THE VISION

I believe wedding photography sits at the crossroads of art and truth, where editorial intention meets real, unscripted connection.

My vision is simple: imagery that feels elevated and effortless, but above all, deeply yours. Not just how your wedding looked, but how it truly felt to be there.

I'm drawn to the quiet moments. A glance. A touch. The in-between seconds that no one else notices but that reveal everything about who you are together. Those are the details that become part of your legacy.

At the heart of it all is connection, not just how my camera clicks, but how we click. When you feel seen, heard, at ease, unrushed and completely yourself, your images reflect exactly that.
