A wedding story unfolding across two meaningful moments.
Catherine and Alex’s celebration was experienced in layers — beginning with a quiet civil ceremony, followed by a vibrant gathering with family and friends the day after.

My role was to be present during key chapters of their story, documenting moments of intimacy, transition, and connection as they naturally unfolded. Rather than shaping the events, I worked attentively within them, preserving the atmosphere and emotion of each day with care.

THE LOCATION

Set between the coast and the hills of Catalonia, their wedding unfolded across two distinct settings in and around Barcelona.

The first evening led us to Ocata Beach, where the day softened into calm light and open horizons. The following celebration took place in a rustic, greenery-filled restaurant just outside the city — surrounded by nature, texture, and warmth.

Each location offered a different rhythm, together creating a sense of contrast and balance.

THE VIBE

Intimate. Expressive. Gently celebratory.

The civil ceremony felt quiet and understated — held in the last light of a summer evening, where portraits unfolded naturally, shaped by stillness and closeness rather than direction.

The following day brought a shift in energy. Sunshine gave way to summer rain, laughter echoed through the garden, and moments of worship and celebration intertwined. What remained constant was the sense of joy and openness shared by those present.

Rather than perfection, the beauty of these days lived in their contrasts — light and rain, calm and celebration, intimacy and togetherness — held with sincerity and warmth.
